Maldivian Day for Grade 4 students

It was indeed a great day for the Grade 4 students of Billabong High International School (EPS), as they got the opportunity to witness the traditions, customs as well as the origins of “Maldives.” The main purpose of organizing such a day was to give our students a vivid idea on Maldives since they have an entire lesson based on “Maldives.” It was a fun-filled day with items such as "raivaru", "bandhi", and "lhen". The event ended with a mouth-watering traditional Maldivian lunch.
